  • How do I report a problem with my order?
    You can report problems with an order by emailing us at epicspadeapparel@gmail.com, with 'Order Problem' in the subject line...then give a detailed description of your issue. Be aware that Epic Spade may require a photo to be submitted with your report, in order to begin a reshipment. It is always best to include photos with your initial report to avoid delays.
  • What if the order is lost in the mail?
    For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We'll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you. Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered but you haven't received it, we would need to run an investigation, and look into your local post office to try and help locate the lost order, before issuing a replacement.
  • What if the product is damaged in the mail?
    If something arrives damaged, send photos of the damaged goods to epicspadeapparel@gmail.com, then we'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.
  • How long do I have to submit a claim for a return/exchange?
    Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
  • Why do some of your T-Shirts carry a different price from others?
    T-Shirts that have more graphics placed on them (aside from the front of the shirt) will be a bit more expensive from shirts that only have a graphic on the front.
